CLASS ATTENDANCE
It is important to attend all of the class sessions for the class you are registered. It is not possible to take class time to give individual attention to teams that are absent from prior class sessions.
If your dog is ever unable to attend class, you may attend the class without your dog. This will give you the benefits of the class instruction and ensure you recieve important class material so you can still work with your dog at home.
If unable to attend class and you wish to schedule a private make up session, you may do so by scheduling a private lesson at a discounted rate.
DOG BEHAVIOR
Group classes may not be suitable for all dogs. Our classes are designed for dogs and puppies that are comfortable around other dogs and people. Dogs that are not comfortable with people or other dogs should be scheduled for private training sessions.
If we determine that it is in the best interest of your dog to seek private training rather than participate in group classes, two-thirds of your class fee will be credited towards private lessons. If you decline private lessons, your entire class fee will be forfeited. If your dog shows aggression toward people or other dogs, or is disruptive to the class, (s)he may be dismissed from class and no refund will be granted.
